    MIRENA AND GIRL SWAY

    Have had the mirena for 11 months. Anyone had the coil and conceived a girl
    After removal? Had a crap low everything diet to start and just started back at the gym for cardio after 6 months off and creeping up a stone

    Yes we've had good results with people ahving Mirena out and trying to catch that first egg or two after having it removed!

    I'm having mine removed on Monday and dreading it. Have no
    Idea about cycles or anything:/

    You don't have to, just go ahead and either start doing OPK and aim at having one attempt at positive OPK, or else DTD every 4-5 days unprotected and then hope that you'll catch that egg!
